Label Members who asked for appointment help and send a recovery check-in to Members who did not, with one recheck after three days.

Who it is for

Teams that run a recovery program and record whether a Member has asked for help arranging an appointment.

What it does

  • The Recovery check-ins Form has one Boolean field, Appointment help, with no default value.
  • The Journey reads the field when a Member is enrolled. True adds the Appointment help requested label. False goes to the check-in email step.
  • Three days after the check-in step, the Journey reads the field again. True adds the Appointment help requested label. False goes to one follow-up email step.
  • A Member with no recorded value at either check gets the Review appointment status label. No email step runs on that path.
  • The Stop recovery check-ins label ends the Journey at any step.

What it does not do

It does not book an appointment, assess recovery or notify a scheduling coordinator. Keep urgent concerns in your existing clinical process. The build guide describes a different Journey: it emails every enrolled Member, waits for the answer and notifies a Scheduling Coordinator. This Bundle reads a value your team has already recorded, and reads it again after three days.

Before you turn it on

Installing adds the Form and a draft Journey to the workspace you choose. It does not enroll Members or send messages: automatic enrollment is off and each email step is inactive. Keep one current record per Member in the Form. Review the email text and the Inbox, and test with synthetic Members before you publish the Journey. Confirm PHI authorization for the workspace before you use real health data.
