Manage your organization, members, and workspaces.

Organizations

Organizations group workspaces together under a single billing and management structure. If you're an organization admin, you manage members and workspaces from the organization dashboard.

Accessing Your Organization

Go to /o/{org-slug} or click your organization name in the workspace switcher.

Organization Roles

Managing Members

Organization Members Tab

View all members of your organization:

Adding Members

Click Add Member to invite someone to your organization:

  1. Enter their email address
  2. Select their organization role (Owner/Admin/Member)
  3. Click Send Invitation

The invitee receives an email with a link to join. They can accept with an existing account or create a new one.

Changing Member Roles

  1. Find the member in the Members tab
  2. Use the role dropdown to select a new role
  3. Change takes effect immediately

Note: You cannot demote yourself if you're the only owner.

Removing Members

  1. Click the menu on a member row
  2. Select Remove from Organization
  3. Confirm the removal

Removing a member also removes them from all workspaces in the organization.

Invitations

Invitations Tab

Track pending and past invitations:

Resending Invitations

For pending invitations, click the refresh icon to resend the email.

Canceling Invitations

Click the delete icon to cancel a pending invitation. The link will no longer work.

Managing Workspaces

Workspaces Tab

View all workspaces in your organization. From here you can:

  • See workspace status and member counts
  • Access workspace settings
  • Create new workspaces (if permitted by your plan)

Inviting Members to Workspaces

From the organization dashboard, you can invite organization members to specific workspaces:

  1. Click Invite to Workspace on a member row
  2. Select the target workspace
  3. Choose their workspace role
  4. Send the invitation

This is useful for onboarding new team members to multiple workspaces at once.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Organizations can enable SSO with Google Workspace to let members sign in with their corporate Google accounts. See SSO Setup for full configuration instructions.

Organization Settings

Access settings via the gear icon in the organization header.

General Settings

Billing

Organization owners can manage subscription and billing:

  • View current plan and usage
  • Update payment methods
  • Access invoices

Joining an Organization

Via Invitation

  1. Receive an invitation email
  2. Click the link
  3. Log in or create an account
  4. You're added to the organization

Via Workspace Invitation

When invited to a workspace, you automatically join its organization (if not already a member).

Leaving an Organization

  1. Go to your organization dashboard
  2. Click Leave Organization in the user menu

Note: Owners cannot leave unless another owner exists or the organization is being deleted.
